Is your child interested in visiting Japan? Would they like to experience living with a Japanese family? We are currently opening applications for the Kikugawa Exchange Program (7/2/18-7/11/18). We are looking for students who are open-minded and independent that want to expand their horizons and experience new things!
NVMS Japanese teacher, Ms. Meagan Ebisuya, will be taking approximately 25 Niu Valley Middle School students to Kikugawa City (Shizuoka Prefecture) Japan this summer from July 2-11, 2018. Included in the tour is a 4 night homestay experience, as well as visiting sights in Tokyo and around the Mount Fuji area. This trip has been planned in an effort to promote cross-cultural relationships between Niu Valley and the city of Kikugawa.
If interested, please have your child see Ms. Ebisuya in B5 during morning recess for an application packet. Completed applications are due on 2/28/2018.
