Stranger Danger Alert!

One of our female 7th grade students reported that while walking home on Monday, December 11, 2017, on Kuliouou Road, she was passed by a Caucasian male in his late 50s driving a black, Nissan, SUV.  The male grinned at her and drove up and down the road passing her about 5 times until she finally went into a home, explained what was happening, and waited with the resident until her father came to get her.  The resident reported this incident to HPD.
