State Science Fair Awards

Congratulations to our 13 students who qualified and competed at the Hawaii State Science Fair.  An Awards Ceremony was held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Hawaii Convention Center.  We are so proud of our students who participated in the Science Fair.  3 students won “Special Awards” and 5 students won “Best in Category Science Fair Awards”.  Congratulations to student, Natalie K. who won 2nd place in the state for middle school science projects and to science teacher, Ms. Fung, who also was awarded 2nd place Teacher Grand Award!  Big Mahalo to science teacher, Mrs. Brown, our Science Fair Coordinator and to the entire Science Department for supporting our students!  Click here for a short video from the Science Department, narrated by Vice Principal Tsuruda.
