Attention 8th Grade Families! You are invited to the Kaiser High School AVID Night on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 6:00pm in the Library. AVID stands for Achievement Via Individual Determination and their mission is to close the achievement gap by preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society. The AVID trained teachers use proven practices in order to prepare students for success in high school, college, and a career, especially students traditionally underrepresented in higher education.
