IMPORTANT: If you received the Student Publication/Audio Video Release Form (RS-1391) last week in your Wednesday Take Home envelope, please complete and return to your child’s advisory as soon as possible. We are required to collect this from every student. This is a directive from the Hawaii Department of Education. If you do not turn in this form, it will be interpreted as your checking the box “NO” and your child will not be included in this Thursday’s Advisory group photo for the yearbook, in addition to all future publications and school related activities and events.
