HPD has observed that those who are making the first left turn are creating a back-up of cars. We strongly advise drivers to please avoid making this first left turn. Making a left turn at this location can be difficult because of on coming traffic, pedestrians crossing, and poor visibility. We will be starting to hold up a reminder sign sometime in the coming weeks. We hope that everyone will respect this request in order to help improve the flow of traffic and keep everyone safe at the same time!
