Parents, if your child will not attend Niu Valley in School Year 2022-2023 due to a move out of district/state, private school enrollment or not attend their district High School, please download the Intent to Withdraw Form.pdf and the MV1 form.pdf. The forms are fillable and are only able to be filled if downloaded.
This form will help us prepare release paper work you will need to enroll your child at the new school.
