- Parents are blocking the intersection of Kanau Street and Halemaumau.
- Parents are double parking along Kanau Street, 2 rows of cars along Kanau.
- Students are running into the roadway to their parent’s vehicle with no regard in visually checking the traffic when going into the street.
- Parents are blocking driveways while waiting for the bell to ring, (two) 2 homeowners approached HPD saying it was never like this in the past. There is an increasing lack of consideration on the part of our parent/guardian drivers.
