Stranger Danger Reported

A “beat-up” white pick up truck driven by an older man in his 40’s with gray hair was seen at the bus stop on Hawaii Kai Drive.  Yesterday morning, a female NVMS student was waiting when he drove slowly by the bus stop.  The student got on the bus and got off at the Niu Valley Shopping Center where this person was waiting in the parking lot.  He drove by her as she walked to school, and whistled at her.  He has been reported to HPD by both the parent and NVMS.  Please caution your children about being aware of strangers, and to let you know if they see anything suspicious.
