Cars are observed double parking on the street at end of school pick-up times. This prevents cars from turning left out of our parking lot onto Halemaumau, and it also blocks the road for our neighbors. Here are some ways parents can help:
- If you do park on Halemaumau, please be sure your child goes directly to your car at the end of the school day. Parked cars create a long line of backed-up vehicles.
- If you find that you are always waiting for your child, please park on the opposite side of the street, or pick-up a few minutes later when you know your child will be waiting for you.
