This is an update to Friday’s emergency campus evacuation. On Friday, November 16, 2018, The Honolulu Police Department swept the campus and deemed our campus safe. I was here the entire weekend and did not see any suspicious activity. Details of the threat to the school cannot be disclosed at this time because an on-going investigation is continuing. A hard copy of my letter that was posted online will be going home today, November 19, 2018. Please speak to your children about the dangers of spreading unsubstantiated rumors. NVMS is updating our current emergency protocols in the event this happens again.
